1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- The product must be new, unused, with original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item (based on the postmark or confirmation from the shipping provider).
- The item must not be damaged due to external factors (e.g., misuse, user error, etc.).
- Products not eligible for returns/exchanges include:
- Underwear and personal hygiene items.
- Used shoes or items showing signs of wear and tear.
- Final sale/clearance items or products explicitly stated as non-returnable/non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Items without original packaging, labels, or missing accessories (if applicable).
- To assist with claims resolution (especially for defective or missing products): We highly recommend recording a full video of the unboxing process when you receive your package. This video serves as very helpful and valid proof in case of any product defects or issues upon arrival.
2. Return & Exchange Process
