I. DELIVERY
1. How long does it take to receive the package?
- Custom products: About 5 – 10 business days
To ensure the best quality, we require 2-4 business days to print items, depending on order volume. Domestic delivery usually takes 5 – 10 business days. - Embroidered products: About 7 – 14 business days
- Other products: About 15 – 20 business days
(*) During holidays, additional 1-5 days may be required.
2. Can I upgrade the shipping method? Are there extra shipping fees for this?
A: We’re sorry, but we do not currently offer express delivery services.
3. How can I track my order?
A: When your order is fulfilled and shipped, we will send the tracking number to the email address you provided during checkout.
4. My tracking number does not exist. What should I do?
A: Your package has just been sent to the Post Office. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to be updated. If it is still not active after 24 hours, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.
5. Do you ship to my country? How much does it cost?
A: We ship to most countries worldwide. The price is calculated based on your location and package weight. Tracking only follows the package within the United States. After leaving the US Processing Center, it becomes the responsibility of the destination country’s postal system.
We offer a flat international shipping rate of $4.99 – $5.99. Orders over $75 receive free shipping (*).
Shipping times vary, but we recommend allowing 2-4 weeks after leaving the US. Some countries receive packages in 7-10 days, while others may take up to 6 weeks.
Note: Import taxes or tariffs are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
6. What if my tracking number shows “DELIVERED” but I haven’t received my order?
- Double-check your shipping address in your order confirmation email. If the address was incorrect, we can reship it, but you will need to cover the cost.
- Check with family members or neighbors—many cases like this involve a neighbor accepting the package.
- If you still cannot find your package, use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email and contact the delivery company directly. Once shipped, we have no control over the package, and any disputes must be resolved with the shipping carrier.
7. What should I do if my package hasn’t moved for more than 5 business days while in transit?
A: If there is a shipping delay due to the carrier, please let us know, and we will resolve the issue. If your package is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement quickly.
8. Why hasn’t my order shipped after more than 5 business days?
A: We apologize for the delay. Your order may have failed our quality inspection, and a new item is being printed.
