CowboyChrist ships all orders from the USA. All our products are made to order and printed on demand specifically for you. As a result, there will be a handling time for each order.
We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
DELIVERY TIME
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
- Processing Time: 2 – 6 business days (during regular seasons) or longer during holiday seasons.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Standard Shipping: Usually arrives in 2 – 6 business days.
- Shipping Carriers: UPS, USPS, DHL, EMS, Local Post.

- Note: We do not ship to US Protectorates/APO/FPO addresses.

- Estimated Delivery: 5 – 10 business days.

Note: If you order 5+ items, please contact us for a discounted shipping rate.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Depending on the type, quantity, and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them separately. You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond what is displayed at checkout.
Incorrect Address
- Ensure you provide the correct address at checkout.
- If incorrect or missing information is detected, we may contact you to update your shipping details, potentially causing delays.
- We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender (as returned items will be donated upon receipt at our warehouse).
- If you request the shipping carrier to forward or redirect your package after it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible if it is lost, stolen, or damaged.
Expedited Shipping
We do not currently offer expedited shipping services. All orders are processed as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date, as all products are made to order.
Order Processing & Tracking
- After placing your order, we verify your shipping details. If information is incomplete, we will contact you. If you do not respond, your order may be canceled.
- Verification takes 2-5 days, after which you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking Number
- You will receive a tracking number via email within 5 days of order processing.
- If you do not receive a tracking email, contact us before initiating a chargeback, as emails may not always be sent automatically.
Multiple Items in an Order
- If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to reach you faster.
- Receiving one item before another is normal; the remaining items are on their way.
Missing Order Confirmation Emails
- If you have not received an order confirmation, you may have entered your email incorrectly.
- We send multiple emails (order confirmation, fulfillment notice, and shipping notice). If you believe you entered the wrong email, contact us for correction.
Taxes
We do not collect tax for orders shipped outside of the USA.
Order Verification
- A confirmation email will be sent once your order is authorized and verified.
- Orders begin processing immediately after verification, making cancellations or changes difficult.
- Check the Track Order page for your shipping status.
- If your order has exceeded the estimated arrival time, contact us for assistance.
